Hall opens at 8:00 (but is often open around 7:45)

Booking in from 8:05 to 8:35

Drivers briefing at 8:45

Racing commences at 9:00

Please note the timetable for the day accommodates both the racing and the presentation, however, we are aiming to run 5 rounds of qualifying plus finals for all competitors - please ensure that you are ready on time, with just over 1 hour between races there is time to get batteries charged, etc. We have to be out of the hall by 18:00 hence we would appreciate your efforts in ensuring that all your items are packed up and in your vehicles before the presentation commences. Any assistance people can provide in helping put the track away is also most appreciated.

Awards for all drivers who complete in 5 or more rounds of a particular class, Additional awards for Juniors, Seniors and Very Seniors.

The Tombola prizes will also be presented and there will many photo opportunities, so bring your camera along, you never know you maybe asking someone to take a picture of you wining the start prize!!
