Timetable for Round 6

Hall opens at 8:00 (but is often open around 7:45)

Booking in from 8:05 to 8:35

Drivers briefing at 8:45

Racing commences at 9:00

Please note that the provisional timetable is for 4 qualifying rounds plus finals. This may change if we get some willing volunteers to help pack the track away. We have to be out of the hall by 18:00 and at the last round we did not achieve that, this was due to not having enough helpers. We appreciate that it is primarily the local club members responsibility to help, but not all can. Hence if any racer is able to stay on until 18:00 to help pack away please let race control know during booking in. On the basis we get sufficient people then the timetable will be amended to 5 rounds plus finals. Anyone who does help will be rewarded with reduced entry fees at the next round.

Thanks you and the club appreciate your help and support, we also recognise that many competitors do travel some distance and hence are unlikely to be able to volunteer.
